FLAWS

Flaws is a project that reflects upon the perspectives we,as human beings, have of our flaws. It emerged from a necessity of self-expressing upon the constant self-judgment and self-critic that was the way I was used to seeing my flaws.

I realized this is familiar to us; we constantly criticize and judge what we see as flaws. We take them too seriously. 

In an attempt to change our way of perceiving flaws, I decided to create a different narrative where they suffer a transformation through their visual similarity, to become natural and human things.

The purpose was to show that flaws are something natural, they are what makes us human; by resembling them with the visual elements these have in common. The narratives are born out of absurd and nonsense comparisons to make us perceive the flaw itself as something absurd and take away her seriousness value. So that we can all laugh together at our flaws and what they could be.
